Terms of Service

Zylx Studio is a business intelligence platform. It connects to accounts and data sources you authorize, builds a model of your business — your Business Brain — and generates recommendations, content and, with your approval, actions on connected services.

Changes to a connected system are proposed for your review. Zylx applies a change only where you have approved it, either individually or through an autonomy setting you configured yourself.

You are responsible for the accounts and data sources you connect, for the accuracy of what you connect, and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must have the right to connect each system you connect and to let Zylx read the data in it.

Zylx produces analysis and recommendations from the data available to it. They are informational. You are responsible for deciding whether to act on them, and for the outcome of changes you approve.

The service is provided as is, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You can cancel at any time from the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create risk for the service or other users.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Quebec.
